Today the weather has changed and I can't believe it's still August especially when we are registering tenants who are looking to move in just before Christmas - this year has flown by - does anyone else feel the same?
Some students are still searching for their accommodation for the coming academic year due to the clearing process and with the University of Norwich on our doorstep this is a very attractive proposition for many landlords. Its good to get an insight into what students feel is high on their wish list.... ideally of course location, location, location! Close proximity to the University as well as having local amenities close by is always a plus point. Golden Triangle and Earlham areas are always popular.

Students Love Storage - Make your house attractive to the student market by having ample storage, book cases, cupboards that can be shelved and add rails. Its always a plus point.
The House itself should be well presented, furnishings of a serviceable condition. Gas Central Heating and a low maintenance garden is always idea - not all students have the time to mow the lawn and cut the hedges, so if your student property has a reasonable sized garden, why not consider including a gardener in the cost of the rent?
